I'm Virginia Brooks from Division #74. I live in Eugene OR, semi-retired, married and and my home club is Emerald Empire Kiwanis. We had the honor of hosting the 2004 convention for Gov. Louise Regelin and it was deemed a succesful convention, much to my releif as I was the Chair. I have accepted the positon as Dist. Emphasis chair this year wit Gov. Wendy and look forward to sending all of the Lt. Gov.s information regarding this project as well giving updates on my website once I have it up and running. I'm looking forward to an exciting year and hope we all are successful in our goals for our respective divisions
